胸怀千秋伟业，恰是百年风华，与奥林匹克一路去同行，从2008年北京奥运会，到2014年南京青奥会，再到2022年的北京冬奥会与2023年的中国奥艺会，中国与奥林匹克的四次“约定”，充分彰显了奥运会坚定的参与者、奥运会精神积极的践行者的大国担当。百年余来，现代奥林匹克运动历经风雨，砥砺前行。在全球疫情共克时艰的当下，艺术文化越发成为跨越国界的重要纽带。在北京冬奥会之际，期待着更多艺术家携起手来，百花齐放，举起象征团结与希望的火炬，为中国文化写下一页又一页华彩篇章。

程海林，男，1949年生，江苏灌南人。国家高级书法师，中华人民共和国国宾礼艺术家，中国中外名人文化研究会艺术顾问，北京古今翰墨书画院副院长，北京京华阁书画院常务副院长，中国文联新文艺群体副秘书长，中国国际艺术家协会终身艺术顾问等职。

八岁写春联，先后广临诸体，十七岁临毛主席手书和画像非常逼真。多年研习历代名家书法，博采王羲之等名家之长，传承张旭书法艺术，发扬毛体大气磅礴的气势，借鉴诗词音体美等创作方法，加上个人情感，形象生动地展现诗意，使文字产生动态感，音乐节奏感等各种美感，创作特色诗意草书。书法如打拳，打岀精气神，动作连贯，一气呵成。不会书法人，手指顺势临一遍，进入境界提精神。读懂诗意摹一遍，精神振奋热血腾。全身经络畅，健脑又健身。自作诗词，抒发情怀，传播人间真善美，促进社会和谐及世界和平。

2011至2015年先后三次获得中书协和中美协金奖，及中国文联重阳金奖等等。授予“毛泽东思想艺术化百强书画家”和 “毛泽东艺术风骨推崇者”光荣称号。作品入选中国网、央视、环球，书法报、人民美术报、天津人美、艺术资本、苏富比画报、中国国际新闻，国礼金书等书刊。国务院新闻网、中国书法网等专家组高度评价，欧阳中石老师亲题“行行细雨，字字情真” 2014年文化部授予“书画艺术泰斗”光荣称号。被百家权威媒体评为新时代德艺双馨艺术家。2019年，被中国中外名人文化研究会评为优秀文化工作者，锦旗赠言“妙笔丹青书春秋，德艺双馨传万世。”授予首批中国文化名人工作室，权希军老师亲题程海林工作室。2020年，全媒体记录当代艺术名家，权威精准解读艺术大师成功之路活动中，获得一代名家荣誉称号，沈鹏老师亲为题词。2021年美丽中国授予功勋艺术家奖章。原文化部副部长、北京故宫博物院首任院长潘震宙，北京故宫博物院书画组长、中国书画收藏家协会鉴定专家潘深亮，北京故宫博物院主任单国强，中国历史博物馆文物组长吕长生，原国家市场监管局司长李德伟等老师给予高度评价。作品在国内外参展深受好评，被多家收藏。
